Tour operator - cool, but what does that mean for me?

Mark

Feb 11, 2025

We're proponents of doing things right. We don't believe in "something will work out," so we took the plunge and registered our company as a tour operator with full awareness. We went through the entire process, which involved securing an insurance guarantee, gathering documents, completing forms, and submitting everything to the Marshal's Office of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.

The super efficient and helpful team of the Department of Tourism and Sport (thank you!) made an entry in the register on February 11, 2025, and now we can proudly call ourselves a tourism organizer.

What does this mean to you?

  • The certainty that your cruise is organized by a fully legally operating travel company that meets certain legal requirements.

  • Financial security - as a tour operator, we must provide an appropriate level of financial security that protects customers in the event of the tour operator's insolvency.

  • In case of problems with the provision of services, you can assert your rights.

  • Quality and professionalism in the actions and services provided, to make your memories unique.

If you're planning a cruise, vacation, or other tourist trip, it's worth checking whether the tour operator is operating legally. It's also worth checking the company on the government website turystyka.gov.pl. And if you still have doubts, contact us, we will be happy to help.
